RDU airport was easy to navagate, staff was helpful and friendly. Great experience.
Easy in and out. One of the cleanest airports in the country! Finding parking can be a challenge at times. Baggage takes a little longer than some airports. Carry on my friends!
The traffic police, or you want to call them, in the drop off/pick up area were more concerned with hastling people in their cars to move (when traffic was more than light) than they were helping customers that truly needed assistance. I witnessed one of them walk right past an elderly woman, that was truly struggling to carry her luggage to curbside check in, just to give some woman, waiting for her husband to get to the car, a hard time.
