The wait was not ling the TSA checkin was quick, no waiting. Courteous TSA staff and not a long wait for my flight..

My experience at RDU was awesome. However, the layover at Newark was terrible. There was a 2 hour delay on top of the lay over.. Thank goodness there was a bar.
I like the size of this airport. It is easy to get in and out without the hassle of larger airports.
