My mama was flying to FL.on the 19th,had to ck in2hrs.before takeoff;no one was there at that time yet..so she boards airplane at1:30to arrive in fl at3:30,they sat on airplane till 4:30at Raleigh airport still before removing people from plane.Don't know what was up but a very long day for her!safely landed at 11:30p.m.at fl.
Everyone was very nice and helpful in North Carolina..
Easy to navigate and the staff is great too. RDU is a very nice airport.
