Wow! Looked at a vintage Paraiba tourmalene ring and wanted to buy it. It was priced $35000 which I felt was very high unless it was Paraiba Mined neon tourmaline. Took a look at the GIA and country of origin was Mozambique a country in Africa which was an additional mine located after Paraiba Brazil first discovery in the 1980"s which determines value.
