My family switched over to LeCann Family Dentistry about a year and a half ago due to an insurance change that my previous dentist was not part of. The staff is wonderful and know us all on a first name basis the minute we walk in the door. the practice is clean and modern with a TV and plenty of magazines to make you comfortable while you wait, even though you never wait more than 5 minutes to be waited on. I feel that my entire family is valued as a patient and it was definitely a change for the better.
Dr. LeCann is absolutely incredible! I always look forward to my appointments. She is very professional as well as personable. I would recommend that anyone of any age go to Dr. LeCann's office. Her staff remember you and make you feel right at home. The office is very clean and has the latest technology available. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice and about Dr. LeCann.
After going to the same dentist for over 10 years we had to switch due to our insurance. My entire family switched over to Dr. LeCann in 2012. It has been an awesome experience. they make you feel like part of the family. Beautiful modern practice, great staff and easy to get an appointment. We are so glad we switched. It was a blessing in disguise.
I had a very positive appointment and treatment for an abcessed tooth and it's subsequent extraction. The staff were friendly, concerned and informative. Dr. LeCann was professional, skilled and attentive. All were professional. The wait time was average which is moderate (really a little under) and wasn't of any concern or distraction. The office was clean and comfortable. I am recovering nicely and a lot less extensively compared to the same procedure at other practices.
