My wife has been a patient of Dr. Williamson's office for over 6 years now. I finally moved to the practice myself. I have to say I don't think I have ever been treated better at a dental office in all of my 52 years. They explained everything to me that needed to be done so I understood and the front desk went over my insurance coverage and broke down the levels of my treatment. Had to cancel an appointment for the FIRST time because I got sick literally hours before my appointment time. They charged me a $55 missed appointment fee anyway. Update: They said it was a bookkeeping error and refunded the fee.

I have been a patient at Raleigh Comprehensive Dentistry for almost 20 years. The care I received from the doctor and his team of hygienists was always top-notch (hence the 2 stars), but it was their billing practices and front office customer service that ended up causing me to leave and find another dental practice.
