Bill and his team do outstanding work. I have taken both of my family vehicles to Raleigh Car Care for several years. Their customer service is next to none with quick estimates and recommended repairs that need to be completed and great guidance and advice on those that should be planned on in the near future. Bill is also a member of the TECHNET program which confirms that he is an excellent service location that is customer focused offering great repair warranties and service.
Owner Bill and his helpful colleagues have serviced all of our family's Toyotas (4 total) for almost 15 years. I have also referred countless friends to Raleigh Car Care and all have been very satisfied with this mechanic shop. They do not over-sell on repairs and their pricing is competitive. Even after moving to Creedmoor, I continue to return to Raleigh Car Care for all our automotive repairs/servicing. I highly recommend this mechanic for anyone in the Triangle Area.
