MPG is great We've been taking our Toyota Mini Van to MPG for years and have been very happy with the service there. This shop specializes in Toyota's and Honda's and they really know their stuff. I've had very few problems with my van but when something does come up they always seem to know right away what is wrong because they've seen it before and know the idiosyncrasies of these vehicles and how to correct them. Great Customer Service I've been taking my small Toyota truck to MPG for the past 10 years, and they get a gold star in my book for customer service. Whenever something needs to be done on my truck that I don't understand, they explain it to me and when possible give me options on what to do. Mpg Professional Automotive is AWESOME I can't say enough great things about MPG and every guy who works there. I happened upon them 15 years ago when I was having problems with my beloved Honda Civic. My car was having a problem that was intermittent, which could be difficult to diagnose since the problem was random. I found MPG in the phone book, called them and explained the problem. Mpg Professional Automotive keeps your car humming I used them for years before moving to western NC in June of 2009. Repairs always worked. They made sure we changed oil as needed, keeping repair costs low. My 10-year-old Mazda Protege runs great and has needed very few repairs. They were also good about telling us whether the repair we needed had to be addressed immediately or not. Know how to make a woman feel stupid I sent my daughter-in-law to get some help with her honda. When she left, she told me she was humiliated in front of other customers because she did not know what was wrong with her car. I think customer service must not be their priority.
RecommendedWas referred by a friend. I had a bunch of issues; but on a tight budget. Still I was going on a long trip with my granddaughter and wanted to make sure my car was running properly. Bruce was extremely helpful. He told me all the car's issues, what needed immediate attention and what could be postponed to a later date. Very generous and trustworthy. Willing to work with your budget. I will continue to take my car to Raleigh Car Care for all my needs.
Very responsive and want what's best for the customer. Very nice guys over there.
