I paid $135.00 for my car to be detailed. They told me it would take 3 1/2 hours. What I got was a bad $25.00 car wash and a questionable wax job. The interior door panels were not cleaned, oily film on dashboard dials and console fake wood trim, the exterior lower side panels were not washed, the wheels were still dirty, the trunk had not even been opened.... Ask for Rock. Dude goes above beyond to make sure your car is clean the way it’s supposed to be. My Porsche Panamera looks brand new when he is done And I took my daughters car there and Roc simply out did himself .. I could not believe the job he did ..
Has to be top 5 of the worst $20 spent. Understaffed, poor quality wash(water marks left around entire vehicle, soda build up still in cup holder) waited nearly 1 hour for a wash. Yes 1 hour for a terrible in and out job.
Never had a problem. Russ and Bruce are very courteous. The guys that do your car will make a extra effort to clean something if you spot it at for them. Well done.
For the price you pay, i think they do good job. Im too lazy and busy to do it myself so totally worth it! Don’t expect to be crazy detail job done for basic option. You get what you pay for.
