I bought an Audi A4 Quattro a couple weeks ago (October 2021). They were very nice and respectful, and seemed to know what they were talking about. On Sept 10, 2021 I purchased a 2007 Audi S4 that was advertised as very good condition, recent clutch service and oil change. I flew down to Raleigh to drive back on Monday, Sept 13. It didn't even make it home. The battery light went on while driving home, so we found an Audi dealer who inspected the car and explained to us that the accessory belt disintegrated, it had been leaking oil for some time and compromised the belt. I went to look at one car but their selection of cars was so wonderful I ended up getting a great deal on a 2012 Ford Edge. There was no pressure to buy they let us take our time look and discuss without the constant pressure of trying to make a sell. The website info was accurate. All their vehicles was clean and ready for anyone out looking. The only thing I would take away for is they didn't bother to fill the car up with gas. I contacted dealer told them I was coming on Saturday he never asked for my information, just kept saying this is a fast car. I still expressed to him that I wanted it and he never told me someone else was interested in it and sold it practically the next day to someone else.
