They are slum lords DO NOT rent from them. They have cockroach infested buildings (which they know about and refuse to adress). They avoid phone calls and NEVER return voicemails. Just save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.
Was originally a tenant of beal properties until my building got sold without any heads up or information. The apartments on Torrey Hill in Toledo OH, are all absolute dumps. The buildings are almost 100 years old and maintenance is an absolute joke. My tub never drained, had it looked at 3 times until I finally gave up on trying to get them to fix it.
