This was, unfortunately, one of the worst spa experiences my fiancé and I have ever had (and we've been to spas around the world). We booked massages and looked forward to using the facilities, but the overall atmosphere was far from relaxing. The new “oxygen lounge” was attractive, but it seemed to take space away from amenities that matter most. Massage was good however was very disappointed that there is no sauna which is exactly what I was looking for after a long ski day. If there were a sauna I would have likely purchased a day pass every day!
