Havent been here since the early 2010's. Since then, they've had a change of ownership and let me tell you. Our dining experience was amazing. I've been SEARCHING for the perfect katsu all over duluth, and this is the best so far. See photos attached, but I accidently peeled off the katsu and WHAT?! THEY CLEARLY EVIDENTLY SEASON THEIR KATSU MEAT. Never in my 33 years have I seen this. This katsu had FLAVOR. Their sauce was the original katsu sauce, not some new gen mumbo jumbo mixture. The inside is aesthetically pleasing and the lady was very nice. The food had good presentation, but was very bland compared to other Japanese restaurants I've been to. The oolong tea is decent for it being bagged tea. If you want it cold, they'll serve you bottled Ito En tea.
Small Ramen restaurant with amazing flavor and good portions. Their lunch special is a good deal. Staff is very attentive. Very clean. Bathrooms are 1 stall and women's bathroom did not have a changing table. Would recommend and would come back.
