Used to really like the black garlic ramen here. Sad to see it’s gone down in quality: no wood ear mushroom anymore, less seaweed, less flavorful broth, and egg that was overcooked. Positives: the pork belly in the ramen and hamachi Kama were fantastic. The noodles were also cooked well and the white part of the egg was marinated well just the yolk was hard all the way through. Service was great.

I noticed that there's not a sprinkler system throughout the entire building, I know they have to have sprinklers near the kitchen and a riser room but I didn't see any sprinklers in the dining area where the patio doors are present. The waitress had a great personality and the food was good but I did notice that it seemed odd to not have sprinklers throughout the entire restaurant area due to the building having a kitchen and stove area. I also felt the dreamcicle drink was a bit bitter and should have tasted creamier.

DELICIOUS spicy tuna roll. Fresh. Affordable. Good, strong martini and a delicious ramen with the pork belly seared perfectly. Thank you!
