Friendly knowledgeable staff easy to get what I needed fast service
Lazy staff. They would not load our order as asked despite it being a safety issue. Employees both acted like we were a burden and wasting their time. It wasn’t a busy morning. We were the only customers in the yard, but still did not have time to help us after we already spent the money. Even Lowe’s and HomeDepot give better service.
Ordered pro panel in May 2025. Called numerous times, along with emailing to confirm my ordered was placed so I could coordinate with my contractors. Original answer was yes Ordered. After 3 weeks of waiting, I called to check the status. Was told that because my order was a small order it was not a priority and would be ordered when there was a larger order at the store.
