Good service, nice atmosphere but the food was seriously lacking. $10 for five pieces of shumai and it was so bland and mushy. $19 for ramen and it was also very bland. The broth had potential but needed something. The “chicken chashu” was literally boiled chicken. No seasoning or color, and parts of it was cold. The shrimp wasn’t cooked all the way, they just charred it. Even the egg had a really weird texture. We left feeling upset about the whole meal. If you’re someone who enjoys authentic Japanese ramen, do NOT go here.
Wow! That's my impression after eating here at Rakkan Ramen. The food was outstanding. We had the crispy Brussels sprouts, octopus rolls, and tofu and avocado salad with seaweed. Every bite was memorable. The staff were so nice and answered our questions. It is definitely a place to get delicious, healthy Asian food. We'll be back for sure!
terrible service and terrible food
One of the worst service and management i have ever seen. I’ve never write a review my entire life but this place is disaster. Cant believe ramen takes 40 minutes when nobody but us in the restaurant. The employees was doing phone, talking, and laughing in the kitchen while we were waiting on the food for long time.
