The ramen options and flavor is fantastic! The ‘broth’ has been cooked to the right temperature; some of them are creamy and also have vegan options. The noodles are good quality and the ingredients in each ramen are fresh. The place is nice, the ambiance is great, the food is good, but the only thing that's not good is that there's only one poor girl working in the kitchen. She's running around everywhere! How is this girl supposed to handle the kitchen, the dining area, and the packaging all by herself? She's trying to do everything alone. The food is getting delayed. Please, find a solution to this problem. It shouldn't be that difficult to hire one or two more staff members for the dining area and the kitchen.
The ramen itself is very good. I’m only docking a star because I’ve ordered twice in the last week and both orders had noticeable execution issues. On the first order, I received plain cucumber instead of the marinated spicy cucumber (which was a $6 upcharge), and the crispy chicken was missing the baby lettuce greens listed in the description.
