Dr. Patel is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. Last summer my daughter was referred to Dr. Patel by her optometrist for a suspicious stye that was not going away. Her eye doctor was very concerned and said she should be seen as soon as possible. Dr. Patel is a very skilled doctor and of course there is a wait for appointments. Poor poor communication! Scheduled me incorrectly but spoke to the lady and she kept my appointment. Take a day off work and when I arrive they don’t have me on the books. Tried to call me on the Tuesday (one time) before my appointment on Friday to say they can’t take me. Left voicemail that failed to see but granted they could have sent a text, like they did 7 days prior to my appointment to confirm that I was coming!
