He’s okay. Office lacks any sort of digital patient portal, cannot provide digital copies of test results when asked. The support staff is good and are doing the best that they can considering an outdated way of doing things. Doctor is disorganized and doesn’t take the time or care to listen to the patient. I’ve had better, but I’ve also had worse doctors. Big meh.
The incident occurred in a business in Anaheim. Me and my wife went into this clinic to receive services. After waiting for month to get approval, and after waited for so long to get an appointment. Very easy to make appointments. Office staff and doctor are great and the doctor truly listens to us.
Dr. Bhola has been my doctor for many years. I'm very pleased with the medical care he's given me. He is very compassionate in what he does. Patients are his priority. He doesn't see us as just a "number." Highly recommend him.
Very rude, verbally insulted me when I was just trying to make an appointment. Do not support this persons business, if your insurance refers you to him beg for a change, he should not be in business as a healthcare provider.
