UNPROFESSIONAL, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISGUSTING, NO ETHICS, UNEDUCATED, BARBARIC, UNCIVILIZED, NO MANNERS, DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE Upon entering my house they are like crazy wild animals invading our house pushing pulling furnishings all over, anything in their way they put things anywhere they want to with no care, dumping stuff in the bed which should not be. I had them come out to change one part on a water heater that they installed a few years prior which was still under warranty. The plumber sat around for hours waiting for them to bring him more parts that I did not agree to and still couldn't fix the problem but ended up charging me over $700 in labor without any invoice or receipt. They decided to put the charge on my card without notifying me of the cost or what was even done to warrant that cost which ended up being more than the cost of a brand new water heater. This company is the WORST! They have been working on a job at our home that was only supposed to take 4 days for over two weeks. The reason being that they have repeatedly done a crappy job and have had to come back to repair the same things over and over again. They NEVER SHOW UP ON TIME and are typically over an hour late to the scheduled appointment times. Their work is so bad that there are several areas in my house where they have not even bothered to try to match the paint to the original paint job so it just looks spo... read more
