He takes his time with his patients and really try to find what is the health problem. Is very kind and polite. All the staff is really nice
Very nice people. I had 2 mri which I freaked out and hurt myself in the 2nd one. I contacted my insurance company and they informed me that the provider could submit a prior authorization to go to upright in which they refused to submit. On the other hand they submitted a prior auth for a medication (ironic right?). Ended up being referred to new neurologist after going to the er. I will never ever call this place ever again, their assistant Gabrielle, was the worst person I have ever dealt with, my doctor put in a referral for me in February 2024 and she said it wasn’t right because I wanted to be seen for something else. I told her that believe I would like to be seen for as well, but the chief complaint is what I wanted to see them on because I was in pain. She said for me to go back to the doctor and get a new referral (even though the doctor treats both symptoms) I did go back for a visit with th... read more
I have been taking my Dad here since 2023. I am so pleased with the care he has receives. I feel the Doctor spends quality time and orders necessary testing. Office staff is nice and friendly.
