I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this store. Before purchasing a nose pin, I explicitly asked the owner if I could return it if it wasn’t suitable for a gift, and I was assured that a full return would be honored. However, when I returned to process the return, they deducted $12 from the original $112, leaving me with only $100 and a vague promise to 'adjust' the difference on a future purchase. "I had a great experience here! I brought in a broken silver bracelet, and the owner was super helpful. He was honest about not being able to solder it because of the gemstones, but he managed to fix the chain perfectly with his tools anyway. I’d absolutely go back for any other repairs."
