Staff is great and Dr Chawla is one of best. Listens to your concerns and provide feedback
Dr Chawla has been my primary care provider for over 25 years and have been satisfied with the level of care.
This is regarding my experience with Chawla. Chawla does not reviews the blood work and gives any follow up. Same with the office as well. None of the office folks bother to provide follow up. After the first reminder I was given a very 1 liner review after 10 days. When followed up the doctor and rwj clinic never bothered to return calls. I called up multiple time to the office but they did not return my call. Very unprofessional from RWJ health and their doctors. May be this is usual with RWJ.
