Dr. Bais is excellent. I don’t recommend physicians lightly but I HIGHLY recommend her. Her wonderful nurse (I don’t want to spell her name incorrectly) is fantastic! They are great together and have been for over 20 years! The office staff is wonderful as well. You will not regret having her as your PCP. ??
I have been a patient of Dr. Rajney Bais, M.D., since the late 90s and have followed her through multiple locations, including Shrewsbury, Matawan, West Long Branch, Atlantic Highlands, and now Eatontown. I have had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Bais for nearly twenty years.She is always kind, professional, will listen to your concerns and put you on the path to wellness, every time. She does not rush, can can recommend simpler remedies first before going to RX, and is an amazing human overall.If half of doctors were as amazing as Dr. Bais, the world would be a better place.
Shame on you, Dr. Bais. Do you remember when I said I was hesitant to go off of my stimulant ADHD medication, and you railed about how ADHD is a “superpower” I’m “using wrong” that “most doctors have”? You made me cry and barked at me to look at you when you’re speaking. I ran from your office crying. Or maybe your all-powerful ADHD has only made you stronger while mine is a constant detriment to my quality of life? I went to Dr Bias for about 4-5 years. After they moved from W Long Branch to Eatontown the office has a problems returning patients calls. I called several different times over a course of two weeks about my husband’s prescription which was never corrected. I even spoke with the office manager Sue but she never took care of the issue. Dr. Bais is the BEST! She is patient and informative. She spends a great deal of time with you. You never feel as though you are burdening her with your questions. I am a nervous patient and she puts you totally at ease. She is genuinely concerned and caring. You can't do better than Dr. Bais as your PCP!!!
After a long search for a female PCP, I finally came across Dr. Bais. I scheduled my first appointment with her and was very pleased. She is thorough, listened carefully and completed my yearly physical. She has made me comfortable and confident in her knowledge and care.
Dr Bais is an excellent doctor and person. She listens to you and is very caring, you won’t feel like just a number. I’ve had problems on weekends and she got back to me immediately. I really can’t say enough good things about. She is a treasure. The staff is also excellent!
