I love Dr. Maraj. He's one of the best doctors I've ever had. That's why I traveled from Pine Mountain Lake all the way to Merced as he is that good and worth the trip
Dr. Maraj saved my life. He did surgery and is as professional as can be. I admire and live far away since he left Sonora, Ca but I will travel to go to him. I trust him 100%.. He is truly a wonderful doctor.. I was going to Stanford but finding him and just really made me know theres drs with qualifications just as excellent if not more!!

Started with Dr Maraj in 2008 & have continued with him. Have had a great experience with him since & will continue with Dr Maraj even in Merced, even though I live an hour above Sonora.
Dr Maraj did my stent procedure in Doctors Hospital last June. It was supposed to be a simple stent but he had to do 2. It turned out to be a very hard procedure for him, but he did not stop and send me to emergency open heart surgery. I had coagulation issues and he finally resolved them. Love this guy!

Dr. Maraj is extremely busy because he is in demand. His care has extended my mother's life well beyond expected. He has performed many catheterizations on her. She is a challenging patient health-wise, and Dr. Maraj is on top of it.
This doctor MAY be a good doctor but then NOTHING GETS DONE - He has ZERO follow-up, fails to make life saving orders for his patients, makes patients wait 30 hours to return URGENT calls. He FAILED TO EVER NOTIFY STANFORD of emergency need for heart blockage surgery-what's with this incompentent guy?
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Maraj. He was very pro active with my husband which actually saved his life. He is extremely thorough, thoughful, and speaks to you in a manner that is very easy to understand and fully comprehend. I have had the same experience with him.
