Dr Raj and his staff are very well organized and caring. Carrie does a great job preparing patients for their surgery. She explains the process, and things you might not be thinking about. Prepping, parking permit, prescriptions filled in advance etc. This makes a difference. The support staff are very pleasant and professional. Those taking statistics and medical history as well as xrays, all good. Dr Raj listens to patient concerns and offers helpful information. I have only very positive things to say about Dr. Chakravarty and my whole experience of the surgery to replace my left hip joint. Part of why it has taken so long for me to post this is that I am doing so much now that used to cause a lot of hip problems before the surgery. About the time I thought I would post a review, my wife had rotator cuff and bicep repair surgery, which meant I've been doing huge amounts of things she'd usually do. Quick and easy. Way less pain and recovery time than expected!
Dr Rajit took the time to sit , listen and talk to me from my first visit to my last . He did not rush me . Dr. Rajit ordered the MRI that SSM and UW would not do . They wanted me to just take pain meds and suffer . Dr. Rajit did what was needed . Once we had the MRI it was clear I needed hip replacement. His staff held a pre surgery class .
