Very knowledgeable
My 87 year old father was a patient of Dr. Basra. She treated my father with such respect, kindness, and compassion, as well as with her knowledgeable medical abilities. My father had several medical issues and she addressed each one. She spoke kindly to both my dad and me with detailed explanations of his diagnosis and treatment options. I have been a patient of Dr. Basra’s for over 20 years. She is so friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable and I have recommended many times. She takes her time to do a thorough exam and assessment and listens to any concerns.
Horrible bedside manner, denies pain medication because it is against her “beliefs” yet will not put it in your medical record that she denies it or even that you complained of pain in the first place. This more than likely because then she would need to note that your concerns were never addressed. Find another doctor who actually cares for their patients and don’t waste your time with this one.
We have been patients or Dr. Basra's since she started her practice in Batavia 25 years ago. We love her! She is very attentive to our needs and has always taken excellent care of us!
Dr. Basra has been our physician since she came to Batavia. She takes care of my husband and me, our children, and now our grandchild. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and easily accessible. We love her!
Dr. Basra went above and beyond. I was having a problem and every other specialist I was seeing was okay with me waiting for a month for an appointment while I was in pain and Dr. Basra personally called them and got me in sooner. Her whole office is caring and personable. They are fantastic with children also. The children get seen the day I call. Couldn't ask for a better primary care Doctor.
Dr. Basra has been my primary care physician for more than 15 years. I have recommended my husband as well as other family members and friends to her practice. (And will continue to do so). Dr. Basra has always provided us with excellent, professional healthcare with kindness and compassion. She is very thorough in her examinations and following up with test results. I am very confident in the medical decisions she makes.
