I’ve been under Dr. Rao’s care since June 20, 2025. He and his office staff have been wonderful. Dr. Rao took the time to explain the findings in my X-ray and MRI and did so in a way I understand. I felt listened to and the concern he has for my wellbeing. He has giving me a beneficial plan of care and has referred me for a second opinion to determine the next steps for my treatment. I consider myself lucky to have such a thoughtful doctor.
Dr. RAU HAS BEEN MY WIFE'S AND MY GO TO DOCTOR WHENEVER PAIN ATTACKS ANY PART OF BODY. HE IS AN EXCELLENT DIAGNOSTICIAN WHO DISCOVERED a Meningioma pressing On her spine that could have paralized Her without immediate surgury. Office personnel were fine. The doctor was very much removed from his position and was curt and abrupt.
His office cancel my appointment just one hour before actual appointment and did not help to schedule any other doctor. just left me dry Thank you very much, you are very helpful
