I thank God every day for Dr. Polowy!! He is the most attentive doctor I have ever had. He is compassionate and truly cares about each and every one of his patients. He spends as much time with you as you need. He explains everything in detail so that you know exactly what the next steps will be. He gave me the best treatment for my situation. He made me feel like I was his only patient and that he truly cares about what happens to me. He's sincere, professional and at the top of his game. He saved my life!!

Dr. Bhalla said my husband had stage 3 lung cancer when 1st diagnosed. Mayo clinic later said it was actually stage 4. His 1st treatment was radiation which is the worst treatment for lung cancer as it eill destroy the lungs. After trying a couple of other treatments that didn't work we asked if a trial might be available? There answer was for us to look on tge internet.

I have been so impressed with Dr. Cherington since meeting him in September of 2021 after finding out I had Sarcoma. He is continuously researching and educating himself as well as his patients, and I find that so important in such a rapidly changing medical field. He has wonderful bedside manner and I never feel rushed when I'm asking all of my questions. I am a physician and I only refer patients to Dr. Dharia. There are a lot of oncologists in the city but he is only one who is extremely thorough and has experience with difficult cases in my opinion. This is based not only on my experience with my patients who have seen him but the feedback I received from these patients. He is a caring and amazing Hem-Onc and is by far the most thorough physician at Ironwood. That is high praise considering the large number of physicians that make up their clinic.
Totally rushes thru appointments and any questions I have. I wait anywhere from 30 min to over an hour for him to get 10 minutes of vague, condescending attitude. Zero empathy. Was told to "just show up and do as told." It's cancer and chemo, I should be treated better.
I saw him through many visits and pricedures. Hes very good at what he does. No complaints care was the best
