Dr. came into the room and talked to the nurses/asked them questions instead of me. He told me to lose weight by exercising 30 minutes a day which would, in his words, make my heart beat slower. I’ve been having tachycardia since I was a teenager when I exercised regularly and weighed what I’m guessing he would consider an “acceptable weight” then.
