The doctor is excellent. The reason I am not leaving 5 starts is that his office is not responsive at all. Any messages to his staff for follow up or questions seem to go into a black hole. I have left phone messages and sent messages through the Banner online portal. None of them have been answered. That is my only complaint.
Dr. Janardhanan is in a class all by himself! He is an incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate physician. He goes out of his way to make sure that at the end of a visit my questions and concerns are all thoroughly addressed. When I mention to other health care professionals that he is my doctor they all speak glowingly of his expertise. I feel so fortunate to have him as my cardiologist!
Dr Rajesh Janardhanan is brilliant in his diagnostic interpretation and is a genuine caring person. Dr J explains medical issues in an easily understood complete manner and does not make you feel rushed. The staff is friendly and efficient!
I had been experiencing dizziness and fainting upon standing. My blood pressure would drop significantly and heart rate accelerated. My PCP referred me to a cardiologist and I was lucky to have found Dr J. He could have dismissed it as simple orthostatic hypotension due to under activity. (Which it was. I had lost a significant amount of weight with GLP-1s. Along with the fat loss, came muscle loss.) But, Dr J wanted to rule out any other causes.
