I had been experiencing dizziness and fainting upon standing. My blood pressure would drop significantly and heart rate accelerated. My PCP referred me to a cardiologist and I was lucky to have found Dr J. He could have dismissed it as simple orthostatic hypotension due to under activity. (Which it was.
