I had a good experience with doc Pandarinath. I am a runner who had dealt with knee pain for several months. Was pretty sure it was “plica syndrome” based on location of the pain. Two previous orthos were not super attentive and basically recommended PT, which I had already done for over a month without success. What a kind, smart orthopedic doctor! I saw him in February for calcific tendonopathy in my right shoulder, and got an injection which has continued to be effective. Today he injected the other shoulder and I expect as good a result. His technique is relatively painless and I highly recommend him!
