I got a bill FOR THE FIRST TIME for a doctor I've never heard of , nor is there any description of the service on the threatening letter claiming without evidence that they've made 'several attempts to reach me and that's they'll refer this to collections if they don't here from me in a few days' . i've left two messages and I have not gotten a call back.
