I am beyond frustrated with this office. This morning, I called due to a medical emergency, hoping to be seen immediately. They promised me an appointment next week, but only if I canceled my other urgent care. I did exactly that, and then they just stalled. I called back before their closing time, was left on hold forever, and then the phone was just hung up on me. As a fellow healthcare professional, I expect better. This is completely unacceptable.
Dr, Jain and his entire staff are the best in patient care. I have been seeing him now for all my upper and lower GI issues for over 20 years. He has a new state of the art surgery center now with plenty of parking.Very neat and clean. He always takes the time to visit with you before and after.
Good advice, new prescription to help with my problem.
