Dr Gupta did my mom Fistula surgery. It wasn’t a success because it can’t be used. So since that surgery he has done it over now 4 times. Hopefully it works this time because he will not be doing it again. He doesn’t spend much time with my mom when she has an appointment. But we always have to wait at least 30 minutes after her appointment because he spends time with his “other” patients. Idk why my mom doesn’t get the same courtesy. He’s only in the room 3-4 minutes. A relative of mine was sent to Gupta because he is shown on website as Aurora based, in network for my insurance...but be careful when you go to his office to have your visit it's Aurora based. If he sends you for procedure it's NOT. we said all along needs to be Aurora based. Given an address for procedure and now given 3 months with 11 ,000 bill and now forwarded to collections. His office and billing wouldn't allow me to talk to this doctor to say you can't mislead patients and show Aurora based then not keep them in netw... read more
