Although the procedure was painless the cost was excruciating and I have dental insurance! The force you to pay your coinsurance up front which I have NEVER been asked to do before. Then they bill your insurance for procedures not performed causing codes to deny that would normally be covered. They are only concerned about how much money they can get out of you, not about the treatment. Think twice and hopefully read the reviews as I wish I had before booking the appointment. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! I usually don't like to recommend Doctors but I wouldn't hesitate to recomend Dr Rhu and Shore Endodontics. Not having Dental Insurance they were very considerate and very fair pricing. I had a cyst remmoved from my gum and Dr. Rhu called that night and a couple of days later to see how I was doing. Everyone in the office made me feel comfortable. Dr Rhu is excellent and if I ever need his services I would call him again.
