Rajat and his processing team were very helpful every step of the way. I was worried about closing with a down payment assistance program but Rajat pulled it off. I'm not sure if I would've closed at all if I went with another lender. Highly recommend his services.

I had the pleasure to work with Rajat and he had been EXCEPTIONAL with explaining everything as I was a first-time homebuyer. I think he has a great understanding of the market and his advises and suggestions had been foundational in our understanding of how lending works. We had a GREAT experience because of Rajat. We are biased because Rajat has been our go to mortgage partner for the last ~4 transactions, and, every time, and I mean every time his diligence, communication, professionalism, compassion and human-centered approach ripples into every aspect of our experience. My wife and I believe Rajat should be a trainer for others coming up in their loan careers as he knows his stuff and is a wholesome human to work with. We cannot wait to work with Rajat in the near future.
