Good doctor. Out of touch with method of operations of office staff. Never available but only for preset appointments. Poor quality office staff. They do not know how to fill scripts on time for patient and lie and blame the patient. They lie in medical charts. They were unable to fill brilinta every refill cycle for heart stent patient blamed-she was filling them too soon- more lies. Patient reported every delay "at its occurrence". My husband has been under Dr. Parai's care for over 2 years. Every visit has been excellent! Dr. Parai is prepared for every visit (one can tell he has reviewed patient notes before he walks in the examining room). He asks questions, he is an active listener, and genuinely wants to provide the best approach of patient care which results in the most beneficial patient outcome. Every time after we leave a meeting with Dr. Parai, we walk out energized-feeling positively optimistic about the prescribed course of action!

Great Doc! Talked with my husband while I was at my appt and offered my husband to become a patient for preventative care. Highly recommended
