Very bad and unprofessional services. My case was handled by Mr. Paul and his paralegal. His paralegal Rachna made careless mistake due to which I got RFE. In 5years, I was assigned multiple paralegal which makes so inconvenient because everytime you need to trust a new paralegal and you do not know how the work will turn. THEY HANG UP CALLS. HE EVEN INSULTED Me. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER APPROACHED THEM FOR MY HUSBAND'S FILE.
The staff is pathetic specially Prerna she even hung up the phone on me as I was complaining to her about the service we received. Never got a call for the prep for the US Citizenship exam nor did Mr Rajan showed up. Appointment was set for Mr Rajan to call on November 26th checker called. When I called to complain about the experience I got Prerna hung up the phone on me. Very bad customer service. They just want to take your money
He is not responsible lawyer and his staff also is not good at all Very bad choice of this lawyer to choose. I never recommend this lawyer.♀️♀️
