Had been booked in for around 5 months as my doctor asked me to have a mark on my face checked out and seemed to sound like it was urgent. got a call a month before my appointment saying the doctor is going away and asked to book me in for another day, changed the day to suit them only to be called back a couple of weeks later to say the doctor will be away on the new date also and the earliest I can be seen is start of February…. Changed business hours without notify people what so ever, closed at 1pm on a weekday and couldn’t t retrieve script even though I was there at 1:03 and people where inside, really disappointed as regularly come here and was needed to take over the weekend and now have to wait until monday
This “Doctor” is a thief, exploiting the Medicare system for personal gain. I paid $350 for a dismissive consultation; she declined to send the results to my GP and when I turned up for a 9am appointment she saw three other patients between my arrival on time - talk about milking it. THEN she admitted that she knew the diagnosis BEFORE she did the biopsy. So she sucked about $500 out of Medicare when she knew exactly what it was at a glance. Oxygen thief too.
