Very ridiculous you barely call and they put you on hold for hours then say hello and hang up
Literally waited 30 minutes before the receptionist decided she forgot about me and I needed to fill out paperwork…waited 45 more minutes after that to get my height weight and blood pressure then told me to pay first and then go sit in the waiting room till we have a room available. During this entire time multiple people that arrived after me were called back before me. I didn’t even see the doctor I’m not paying before I even get any care at all. Staff was rude and we had a apoint at 4:30 and show at 4:37 and the say no to the appointment and didnt even try to reschedule an appointment
Dr. Raja is a great doctor but his staff is rude and do not go by the rules!
