I had a really good experience here getting my mangalsutra. The people that worked there didn’t pressure me and helped me feel comfortable and confident which I loved. They are very kind and helpful. My parents have gone here for a while and I will also shop here in the future when I am buying jewelry. 10/10 recommend.

I have been a customer for several years. The owners and staff always give me great service and assistance. I would recommend them. I don’t understand the negative feedback that has been posted. That has never been my experience

The man who was helping us was incredibly disrespectful and spoke to my mother in a very rude tone. He seemed like he did not want to be there.

THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY A BUSINESS. I went to this jeweller shop to get gold studs a couple days back. The guy told me that I can’t try them on because they would’ve had to clean them. My advice is don’t run a business if you don’t know how to treat your customers.

The service I received was extremely poor. The representative lacked basic communication skills and failed to engage with me as a customer. Because of their manner, I chose not to make a purchase.
