Front desk is extremely helpful and timely with following through. Physical therapists are knowledgeable about injuries and treatment plans to get you better. Office manager was very professional and kind. I definitely would recommend this office to anyone needing treatment.
Horrible experience at this office. Dr Velez did not take proper notes for my MV accident injury. He left out important complaints that I had and neglected to ask basic medical questions, but somehow they were answered for me in my patient chart. I only went to 3 therapy sessions and realized that the treatment is very basic, the wait is usually longer than the 15 min therapy.
