Unethical and Predatory Practices I visited his office for what was a simple sinus infection. Dr. Tandon did not take the time to listen to my symptoms. Instead, he immediately attempted to perform an endoscopy without my consent and billed me over $1,000 for it. This was entirely unnecessary for a routine sinus infection. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Raj Tandon. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. His caring approach immediately put me at ease, and he answered all my questions without rushing. The staff was also professional and friendly, and the whole process—from scheduling to the visit—was smooth. I had an incredibly disappointing and life-altering experience with Dr. Tandon. I went in for what was supposed to be a routine septoplasty and turbinate reduction to address a deviated septum and sinusitis. Before the procedure, I had no issues with breathing or sleeping. Orders unnecessary diagnostic and procedures . Doesn’t consider patient centric approach. Long wait . Despite unable to give any diagnosis or resolution , insisting on follow up appointment. Raj Tandon is the worst ENT I ever come across. Monetizing on patient’s fear . He held my another medical procedure until I go for invasive procedure he recommended and despite compiling recommended, despite negative results he didn’t give his clearance and referred to other specialist whom gave me clearance in one consultation.
