My friends and I had a viewing at a property with one of their agents Ayesha. We arrived at the agreed time, waited 10 minutes, contacted her only to recieve a message 13 minutes after that telling us she "lost" our message. She asked if we would reschedule for 4pm. We agreed and arrived at the scheduled time. She arrived at 4:10 greeted my friends with a handshake and walked passed me without acknowledgement.
