My issue is not with the doctor himself, it is with his receptionist/call staff. I spoke to the nicest lady on the phone, however her lack of knowledge and attentiveness resulted in embarrassment for myself and wasted time. I called with very specific needs and requests. One being that I had a woman Dr and the other being that I was scheduling with a doctor who could help me with my specific SURGICAL needs.
