Nidal, resident manager, 2515 Benvenue HORRIBLE I write this review concerning the Raj Properties apartment complex located at 2515 Benvenue Ave. and its childish, stupid resident manager Nidal. not worth it I moved into there property thinking sure cheaper while thinking who cares if they are sloppy and that everyone is hating them including the person I replaced but now I realize it wasn't worth it. I have been without heat for over a few weeks and after 6+ maintenance requests they have not fixed the heat and I just submitted my request to vacate their apartment. This is only one of the major complaints I have, they are sloppy with every other maintenance requests, rude staff, and in my opinion not worth it even ... read more
