I had a very good experience at Raj Jewels. The staff was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They have a beautiful collection of jewelry with many unique and elegant designs. The quality and finishing of the jewelry were excellent, and they took time to explain everything clearly. The overall service was professional and welcoming. bought 22 grams of silver from NJ Jewels and paid $280. Later I checked the silver price and the actual price was about $2.98 per gram. For 22 grams the value should be around $65, but I paid much more. When I realized this, I went back to the shop within 15 minutes and asked for a return, but they refused. The price and extra charges were not explained clearly before purchase. Customers should ask the price per gram and all charges before buying from here.
Excellent jeweler! We bought such beautiful pieces here and had wonderful service. Everyone was so helpful and there are so many great items to look through, something for everyone. Will definitely be coming back!
