Attitude is important for the manager who deals with the customers, the girl who was helping patiently, but this guy who gives so called final price, arrogant and I never refer my friends to go there,
Staff is so friendly and nice
I had a bad experience with a middle-aged man during my visit two weeks ago. I’m not sure if he was the owner or just someone at the counter. A polite lady with glasses helped me and showed me some items, but when she went to ask for the final price, that man was very rude and sarcastic. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. It’s important to treat customers politely because we are the ones supporting the business. the jewelry items are really good.
