The front desk receptionist have the nastiest attitudes here. Very unpleasant staff.
I was supposed to have a nerve graft done and I asked someone to please call me the day before my surgery so I can try to talk to somebody about the concerns I have in questions I have regarding my surgery and my injury. Unfortunately nobody called me back and I tried calling them back multiple times the day they were supposed to call me and I could not reach anybody.
