Unsatisfactory work since the son took over the business My husband has taken his vehicles to Raisor Motor for years, but we will not be using them again. We took my car into have the alternator replaced. 11 days and hundreds of dollars later we were told it was ready to go. Went to pick it up and Doug hands me the hood prop tells me to get another one because this one was crap and was in the way so they took it off. Then he has a woman check me out. I can't say enough good about my experience with Raisor Motor Company. Doug and his team do an excellent job at a fair price. They work very hard to get my vehicles in and repaired as quickly as possible when I need work done. It's never pleasant when your vehicle needs to be repaired (expense, hassle, etc.). Working with Raisor Motor Company makes the process less painful! I know I can trust that I will be treated fairly and with professionalism. Thanks Raisors!

Don't take your car here – I'm a soldier and my dad took my car here to have it repaired. The day after it was "fixed" I needed to head back to Fort Bragg. As I pulled out of my driveway the car made the same grinding noise it made before we took it to Raisor's. When we called them, they said they'd "fix" it again at the same $300 price. Please don't waste your money here. The only reason they are getting one star is because that's as low as you can give them.
Great mechanics, fair prices and excellent customer service. I've been using them for all of my regular service work and out-of-warranty repairs for more than 10 years. I highly recommend Skip Raisor and his team!
